AimsFThe purpose of this symposium is to
explore various intelligent techniques for providing novel and useful
applications in computer games and computer simulations. This symposium
consists of both peer-reviewed sessions as well as organized sessions and is
positioned as a pre-event for the Eurosisfs GAMEON ASIA 2008 and
ASTEC 2008.

are entitled to daily lunch and coffee/tea breaks, banquet, and conference
proceedings CD-ROM. Non-author participants should
contact the first chair by 22 February via email.
‘ Journal PublicationFPapers whose at least one of the author(s) shows up in
the event and presents the work are eligible for being further extended for
about three months and reviewed for publication in the Special Issue on
Intelligence Techniques in Computer Games and Simulations, the Journal of Advanced
Computational Intelligence and Intelligent Informatics (JACIII), scheduled to be published in March 2008. Once
accepted, the page charges of 11,000 yen per printed page, following the JACIIIfs
format, are required
for publication by the journal publisher. The schedule regarding journal
submission will be announced soon after the symposium.
